Welcome to my personal blog. I am Sameera Nadirani Handapangoda live in Piliyandala. I am graduated at University of Moratuwa Infomation Technology. I did my internship at National Cheque Clearing House which is facilitating efficient Payment & Settlement Systems to the all Commercial banks in Sri Lanka. I was joined as Software Trainee Developer. Then I involved to develop four applications they are three national services and one national products. Apart from industry base project, I involved one research project and one Hardware Project.
After completed my IT degree, I joined Cipher Solution. In here I develop 4 main applications. one for pool industry tradesmen to find pools in there service area. This application developed using PHP,Ajax, FPDF library class. Then I developed home2fix.com .web application to provide opportunity to Tradesmen and provide service to job owners. This application contains admin potal, client portal and two mobile applications.
Apart from work, my interested areas are hacking :D, reading, traveling and photography as well as playing computer games.

1st Year Project - Separating Tomatoes according to
Rippen Level
This is a group project that include five members. The aim of this project is to develop a system for addressing how we can separate tomatoes using Image Processing Technology. This is hardware project. We build machine to separate tomatoes and use Image processing technology (MATLAB) , port programing.
2nd Year Project - Separating Tomatoes according to Rippen Level
Level 2 project was industry base. Five members were in group and I was a group leader of that project and we got award for that project. This project was base on cheque transactions details that are issued in all commercial banks in Sri Lanka. We develop two main separate applications to handle cheque details, generate reports, graphs and bill for each banks. This project is still running all bank head offices and national cheque clearing house since 1 of September 2008.

3rd Year Project - Fashion Designing and Simulating System
Our main aim of that project is to give solutions for fashion designers and customers to design their costume and fit on that costume to model and check whether is it suitable or not. We create 3D environment to design and simulate human costume. Then users and designers can do their work cost and time effective manner. Five members were in that project group.

Adjustment Entry Application (Corrigo)
This system is designed to fulfill the needs of the Cheque Adjustment Entry process. There were two members in a project therefore I could able to participate whole project life cycle processes like requirement gathering, designing, analyzing, implementing, testing and document handling and user manual creations. Report generation, adjustment data storing , graph generating and billing for each adjustment entry in banks.

Bank Directory Application
This application contains three main separate applications that are client application, admin application and support service application. Bank Directory Client application for client, Bank Directory Admin application for National Cheque Clearing House users and support service application for
both parties. There were two members in group. This system is currently running in banks and national cheque clearing house. In this system, we add new activation processes to avoid illegal copies of the product. After active client application, they can log into system and access the system.

Rupee Draft Clearing Application
Draft Clearing Application is used to handle draft details that are issued by commercial banks in Sri Lanka. This has two separate applications one for bank users and other for National Cheque Clearing House. Bank Application were developed by using vb.Net and other application were developed by using PHP. Every day this Rupee Draft Clearing application are used to process reports for each bank seat and central bank. This system is running since 1st of February 2010

Where is pool” is commercial web application that developed individually by me, which has been designed for tradesmen who are in the swimming pool or Tennis court industry. This product allows tradesmen to find a list of residential/commercial addresses for their target market area. It also provides additional facilities to create marketing letters and address labels of that target residential/commercial addresses. This application contains client portal, admin portal and data entry portal.
